Return/Refund Policy

Defective Products:

  • If you receive a defective item, please report it within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • We will exchange the defective product with a new one at no additional cost.

Exchange Policy:

  • You have 15 days from the delivery date to request a free exchange of items from our available catalog.
  • Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
  • All exchanged items must be returned with original tags and must not be worn.

Safety Concerns:

  • If our product does not meet your safety expectations, we will be happy to replace it at no extra charge or issue a refund.
